In the summertime when the weather is hot
You can stretch right up and touch the sky
When the weather's fine
You got cycling, you got cycling on your mind
Have a ride, side by side
Rehydrate with any Princetown Ale you find
If you are feeling rich dress in the latest tour de france theme
If you are feeling poor consider the cycle to work scheme
Keith is our senior warder
He likes to take us, likes to take us to the boarders
When the sun goes down
You might make it, make it back for last orders
We're no threat, dear Rock
We're are dirty, we're not clean
We love every ride and we do as we please
It does not matter whether its fine
We go cycling or go pushing through the mud
We're always happy
Thank you to all those founder Wiloughbies
Sing along with us
Dee dee dee-dee dee
Dah dah dah-dah dah
Yeah we're hap-happy
Dah dah-dah
Dee-dah-do dee-dah-do dah-do-dah
Dah-do-dah-dah-dah
Dah-dah-dah do-dah-dah

Yahooooooo – the summer was here for one whole evening! As I write
this it is raining once again but Tuesday night was glorious – the
single track to Double Waters of Drawf’s run was simply a speedy
delight – we scudded past dips and rode jauntily over logs that
had posed such challenges on previous rides – even Bastard Hill
seemed to have chilled out and offered up its slope to the merrily chatting
group. We then pieced it together to bob on down to Denham Bridge and
then what fun to inhale the scent of Blue bells whilst weaving along
the wooded tracks alongside the river to Lopwell Dam. The tide gloom
mongers were wrong and the causeway stood proud. On On called the enthused
cyclists and so up through the Maristow estate and zoom zoom back to
the Rock with the pelaton thinning as the pace hotted up in response
to the prospect of calling 107.
